What is a micro-motor?

A micro-motor is a motor with a diameter of less than 160mm or a rated power of less than 750W. Micromotors are commonly used in control systems or transmission mechanical loads for the detection, resolution, amplification, execution or conversion of mechanical and electrical signals or energy.
Question: What matters should be communicated with the manufacturer if customizing motor?

Answer: Motor factory often receive from different customer to consult custom non-standard motor demand. Because the understanding degree of micro-motor and industry product is different, the customer will have a lot of problems in communication with the manufacturer. In order to help everybody to communicate more efficiently with the manufacturer, we sum up the following points of attention:
What are the advantages of micro DC brushless motors?

1. Long life: Brushless motor uses electronic commutator instead of mechanical commutator. There is no brush and commutator friction. The life is several times higher than brush motor.
